Als Himmelsdrache kämpft Arashi im Auftrag von Hinoto gegen die Erddrachen. Sie wirkt kalt und unnahbar, offenbart niemandem ihre Gefühle. Damit macht sie es besonders Sorata, der sich trotzdem in sie verliebt, schwer, zu ihr vorzudringen. Als Straßenkind wurde Arashi von einer Priesterin des Ise-Schreins aufgenommen und großgezogen. Sie wurde dort zu einer starken Schwertkämpferin: ihr Schwert kann sie aus ihrer Hand heraus wachsen lassen. Ihr Bannkreis ist pyramidenförmig.
