Sento ist der große Bruder von Hakone und arbeitet in einem Familienrestaurant als Kellner. Er kümmert sich sorgfältig um seine Schwester, da ihre Mutter verstorben ist und sie nicht mehr über ihren Tod hinwegkommt. Plug begegnete er während seiner Arbeit, als sie die depressive Hakone aufladen wollte. Er kann als einziger die Neodym-Ladies sehen, entwickelt aber die Angewohnheit, seinen Baseballschläger zu zücken und gegen Plug und Alesta einzusetzen, wenn sie ohne Erlaubnis in seine Wohnung eindringen.
