Raymond McGuire ist eines der höchsten Mitglieder Infernos, der zur Zeit die Führung in Los Angeles übernimmt. Er hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt die Stadt vollständig unter seine Kontrolle zu bringen und sie dann nach seinen Wünschen zu verbessern. Raymond ist eine ziemlich stilvolle Person, der sehr viel auf Aussehen und Ausstrahlung setzt. Dies sieht man auch an ihm selbst, denn Raymond besitzt einige egozentrische Züge, die man vor allem an seinem ungewöhnlichen Kleidungsstil erkennen kann. Auch sonst stellt sich Raymond gerne in den Vordergrund, da er mitten in Verhandlungsgesprächen gerne mal ein wohltuendes Champagnerbad nimmt.
