Suiko ist ein farbloses, flüssiges Mushi, das vornehmlich in Brunnen oder auch gelegentlich in alten Tümpeln und Gewässern lebt. Diese Mushi-Art ist nicht ganz ungefährlich, da man es kaum von normalem Wasser unterscheiden kann, es aber fatale Auswirkungen hat, wenn man es trinkt; der Körper nimmt dann eine transparente Gestalt an, weil das Körperwasser durch das Suiko verdrängt wird bis hin dazu, dass man sogar vollständig zerfließt. Zuweilen erscheint ein Suiko im Wasser auch in der Form eines Wales.
