P-Chan ist ein kleines schwarzes Ferkel, welches ein gelb getigertes Stirnband um seinen Hals trägt.
Eigentlich verbirgt sich hinter ihm Ryouga Hibiki, der in eine verfluchte Quelle gefallen ist und sich nun, bei Berührung mit kaltem Wasser, in P-Chan verwandelt. Bei Berührung mit heißem Wasser dagegen, verwandelt sich P-Chan zurück in Ryouga.

P-Chan ist Akanes Tendos kleiner Liebling, weiß sie doch nicht, dass er in Wirklichkeit Ryouga ist, der über alles in sie verliebt ist. So nimmt Akane, wann es nur geht, P-Chan mit zu sich ins Bett und ist auch stets um ihn bemüht. Das weiß er natürlich sehr zu schätzen und ist ihr völlig ergeben. Ranma Saotome hingegen, ist für P-Chan ein rotes Tuch. Versucht Ranma doch oftmals, sein Geheimnis vor Akane zu lüften und verdankt es ihm, sich wieder und wieder in ein Ferkel zu verwandeln. In seiner Freizeit ärgert P-Chan gerne Ranma oder kuschelt mit Akane.
