Das ist der Herrscher der Dotsuko-Zone und auch der Widersacher von Pretty Cure. Zudem ist er der Erzfeind der Königin vom Garten des Lichts. Er ist fest am Boden verankert, ohne die Möglichkeit sich fortzubewegen, strebt jedoch nach Unsterblichkeit und Herrschaft über das ganze Universum, wofür er die Prismasteine benötigt. Deshalb schickt er seine Untergebenen zum Regenbogengarten (der Name für die Erde), damit sie sich diese von Pretty Cure krallen können. Desweiteren duldet er keine Niederlagen und erwartet absolutes Gehorsam von seinen Untergebenen. Außerdem hat er eine enorme Größe und greift im Kampf mit Geschossen aus Dunkelheit an.
