Chibiusa kommt aus der Zukunft und ist die zukünftige Tochter von Bunny und Mamoru (in der Zukunft : Königin Serenity und König Endymion). Sie besucht die Gegenwart um anfangs an den Silberkristall zu gelangen, damit ihre Mutter in der Zukunft gerettet werden kann. In den späteren Folgen ist auch sie eine Sailor-Kriegerin, allerdings mit etwas mäßigen Kräften, die nicht immer ganz klappen.
Später jedoch hat sie die Fähigkeit Pegasus zu rufen, was wiederum Sailor Moon ermöglicht die Schurken endgültig zu besiegen.

Chibiusa ist ein sehr streitsüchtiges Mädchen. Sie provoziert Bunny täglich und hat mit ihr ständig Streit. Trotzdem bringt sie ihr Band des Schicksals immer wieder zusammen.
