Ranpha ist der 2. Leutnant der Engels-Brigade. Sie ist spezialisiert auf Martial Arts, ist aber dennoch nicht unbewaffnet - sie trägt zusätzlich zwei Waffen auf dem Kopf, die auf den ersten Blick nicht als solche zu identifizieren sind.

Sie ist eine sehr dominante Persönlichkeit, kann aber auch einfühlsam und verletzlich reagieren. Neben ihrem Hang zur Wahrsagerei und scharfem Essen ist sie für jeden Spaß zu haben. Sie hält ihren Körper für atemberaubend schön und flirtet mit nahezu jedem wohlhabenden Mann, um die Aufmerksamkeit von wenigstens einem zu erlangen, was ihr aber einfach irgendwie immer misslingt.
