Yamagata ist ein Gangmitglied in Kanedas Bikergang Capsules und wacht eigentlich erst nach dem Schulunterricht so richtig auf, wenn es darum geht sich mit der verfeindeten Gang der Clowns zu zoffen. Auf dem Motorrad ist er ein wahrer Virtuose und immer für Action bereit.
Als er eines Abends in das Stammlokal der Gang - das Harukiya - kommt, wartet dort Tetsuo auf ihn. Da dieser öfters von ihm gefoppt wurde, zeigt der ihm jetzt was er inzwischen Neues gelernt hat...
