Kana ist ein französischer Manga Verlag, der im Jahr 1996 gegründet wurde. Das Unternehmen hat zwei Hauptsitze, einen in Paris und einen in Brüssel. Das Verlagshaus ist ein Tochterunternehmen der Groupe Dargaud Unternehmensgruppe.

Im Dezember 2014 übernahm das Verlagshaus das Label Kana Home Video des Schwesterunternehmens Citel und integrierte dieses in das eigene Unternehmen.
