Nate

Nate is a South Korean search engine and web portal launched in October 2001.

The portal was launched by the Korean company SK Communications, a subsidiary of SK Group. In addition to Nate, the company also operates the Cyworld network, which was acquired by SK Communications in 2003.

In collaboration with the company One Store (a subsidiary of SK Communications), the portal operates the webtoon site Toon & Book, which was launched in April 2021.

Das Portal wurde durch das koreanische Unternehmen SK Communications, einem Tochterunternehmen der SK Group, lanciert. Neben Nate betreibt das Unternehmen auch das Netzwerk Cyworld, das 2003 von SK Communications aufgekauft wurde.

In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Unternehmen One Store (Tochterunternehmen von SK Communications) betreibt das Portal die Webtoon-Seite Toon & Book, die im April 2021 an den Start ging.
