SEEBD (Société d'Edition et d'Exploitation de BD) war ein französisches Verlagshaus, welches im Jahr 2000 gegründet wurde. Der Hauptsitz befand sich in Cambrai. Das Verlagshaus ging im Juli 2008 bankrott.

Unter verschiedenen Labels wie Bulle Dog, Saphira, BD Erogène, Strain, Akuma, Tokebi, Kabuto und Akiko veröffentlichte Manga, Manhwa und amerikanische Comics.

Der ehemalige Mitarbeiter René Park, welcher für die Manhwa Veröffentlichungen bei SEEBD zuständig war, gründete kurz darauf im September 2008 den Verlag Samji, dabei übernahm er die Manhwa-Lizenzen von SEEBD.
