Sotsu Co., Ltd. ist eine japanische Werbeagentur, welche im Oktober 1965 gegründet wurde. Der Hauptsitz befindet sich im Bezirk Minato der Stadt Tokyo, die Firma hat aber auch ein Büro in Ginza des Bezirks Chuo.

Das Unternehmen wurde unter dem Namen Toyo Agency (東洋エージェンシー) gegründet, im August 1977 umbenannt in Sotsu Agency (創通エージェンシー) und am 1. April 2007 schließlich ein weiteres Mal umbenannt in Sotsu (創通).

Planung und Produktion ihrer Animationsprojekte werden durchgeführt von der Tochterfirma Sotsu Eizou.
