Endlich, nach langer Zeit, in welcher Ina davon träumte, mit ihrem Kindheitsfreund Kiichi nach Tokio zu ziehen, tun sie dies, doch ihr Haus entpuppt sich als eine Baracke und die Bewohner, welche zwar gut aussehen aber dafür einen schlechten Charakter haben, sind auch nicht besser.

Ina se ha mudado a Tokyo junto a Kiichi, su amigo de la infancia. Pero todo no era tan bueno como parecía. Vivir en una casa a tan bajo precio y con tan pocos requisitos debe de incluir algo extra. Y así fue, esa casa vieja y sospechosa es además el hogar de tres guaperas, uno de los cuales volverá loca a Ina ya que además será su compañero de instituto. ¡Una desternillante y alocada comedia!
