Yutaka Hanagasaki ist ein 20-jähriger Gärtner im Fuegaoka-Freizeitpark. Während seiner Arbeit verliebt er sich in Merun-chan – oder Karin, wie sie eigentlich heißt), das Maskottchen des Parks, das aber nichts davon weiß.
