Genta Shirai vuol dare una scossa alla sua vita, e per farlo decide di andare a vivere in una bellissima casa studentesca che tutti chiamano semplicemente Reiroukan. Il complesso è pieno di ragazzi dalla personalità quantomeno eccentrica, e Genta verrà presto coinvolto nelle situazioni più improbabili e assurde. Ma questa vita "spensierata" ha i giorni contati: il Reirokuan verrà chiuso nel giro di un anno..
