Eine weitere Fortsetzung zu Deep Love - Ayu no Monogatari, in der es um Yoshiyuki geht, der in Ayu’s Geschichte auf eine Herzoperation wartete. Nach ihrem Tod sieht er zunächst keinen Sinn darin, trotz geglückter Operation, aber dafür ohne sie an seiner Seite, weiter zu leben - entschließt sich aber dann alles, was er durch die jahrelangen Krankenhausaufenthalte verpasst hat, nachzuholen. Alles über das Leben zu erfahren ist sein Ziel und wo kann man das besser erreichen als in einem Host Club?
Und so fängt er schon bald an in einem zu arbeiten, mit dem festen Vorsatz - und mit den Gedanken bei Ayu - selbst seinen Körper zu verkaufen...
