»Steins;Gate: The Committee of Antimatter« spielt im Jahre 2016 in Akihabara. Okabe arbeitet nach seinem Abschluss als eine Art Detektiv, wo er von Nae beauftragt wird, ihren Vater zu observieren, da er sich in letzter Zeit seltsam verhält. Okabe erinnert sich an seine Erfahrungen aus den anderen beiden Timelines und ist deshalb besorgt. Als er plötzlich auf Suzuha, einem Mädchen, was in dieser Timeline nicht existieren dürfte, trifft, nimmt das Unheil seinen Lauf …
