Suzushiro Mizuki ist ein Junge im ersten Jahr der Oberstufe und wird ständig für ein Mädchen gehalten. Es ist so schlimm, dass er permanent Liebesgeständnisse von Männern bekommt, die er ablitzen lassen muss. Selbst das Mädchen in das er verknallt ist scheint in ihm eher eine gute Freundin als einen potentiellen Liebespartner zu sehen.

Unterdessen ist die Streiche spielende Göttin Loki gelangweilt, da die anderen Götter nicht mehr auf ihre Scherze eingehen. Als sie ihre Aufmerksamkeit auf die Erde richtet, nimmt sie sich sofort Mizuki zum Ziel. Das Ergebnis: Nach einem merkwürdigen Traum wacht Mizuki auf, mit knospenden Brüsten und fehlender Männlichkeit.
