In einer Zeit, in der Aliens, Monster und andere Gefahren die Erde bedrohen, haben auch diverse Helden die Bühne betreten, um die Menschen davor zu schützen. Die Schwestern Kitajishi Miyuki und Yuri sind Mitglieder einer Organisation, mittels der die normalen Menschen die Helden unterstützen. Ihre Aufgabe darin ist es als Berater der Helden zu fungieren und ihnen beim Lösen ihrer diversen Probleme zu helfen, wie auch während der Notfälle die Zivilisten zu evakuieren. Yuri kommt dabei eine Sonderrolle zu, denn als ehemals mächtigste Heldin der Welt, die inzwischen ihre Kraft weitgehend verloren hat, kann sie den Helden auch durch ihre eigenen Erfahrungen helfen.
