Description

Chouko locked away her emotions when she lost her parents in an accident.The novelist,Kei, who is also a distant relative and cradles darkness in his heart like Chouko, promises to look after her until she graduates from high school.As her graduation approaches,Kei’s latest novel,'Hana'(Flower) is announced,a work charged with his feelings.

Nach dem Tod ihrer beiden Eltern kapselte sich Chouko von ihrer Umwelt ab, sprach kein Wort mehr und starrte die meiste Zeit apathisch vor sich hin. Dem nicht genug, war auch niemand aus dem engeren Familienkreis dazu bereit sie aufzunehmen. Schließlich erklärt sich der entfernte Verwandte Kei, ein Autor, dazu bereit sich um sie zu kümmern. Nach Außen abweisend und schroff, schaffte er es durch seine eigene Art doch, dass Chouko ihre Trauer überwand, obwohl er selbst Dunkelheit in seinem Herzen trägt. Jetzt, nach über zwei Jahren des Zusammenlebens, veröffentlicht er einen neuen Roman mit dem Namen »Hana«, Blume, der aufgeladen ist mit seinen eigenen Gefühlen und damit die bisherige Beziehung zwischen den beiden ins Wanken bringt.
