Der Manga dreht sich um Nayu, eine Mittelstufenschülerin, die ihre Schulkameraden gleich am ersten Schultag schockt, da sie schwarze Spitzenhöschen trägt. Sie selbst mag diese Art von Unterwäsche und deshalb setzt sie auch alles daran, ihr Hobby mit anderen Mädchen zu teilen, indem sie zusammen mit ihren Schulkameraden einen Unterwäscheklub gründet, wo jeder, der um seine körperliche Entwicklung besorgt ist und nicht weiß, welche Unterwäsche er wählen soll, eintreten kann.
