In Weiß Survive dreht sich alles um ein Kartenspiel. Irgendein Kartenspiel? Nein! Es nennt sich Card Battle und ist ein magisches Spiel, denn es müssen Monster und Kreaturen aus der Card Battle Welt beschwört werden, die danach gegeneinander antreten. Der, der am Ende keine Kreaturen mehr aus dieser Card Battle Welt herbeirufen kann, verliert. Das ist alles kein Problem für Takeshi und Michi, wären die Beiden nicht durch einen Unfall in diese Welt transferiert worden. Nun müssen die Zwei viele Card Battles bestehen, um wieder in ihre Welt zurückzugelangen...
