»Let Dai« ist eine tragische Geschichte über eine verbotene Liebe und Verrat. Die seelenlose Stadt wird von jungen Punks regiert. Ein Junge namens Dai ist die Verkörperung von der Schönheit, aber auch der Grausamkeit der Stadt. Er ist Anführer einer Gang – der Vicious Furies. Dai verführt jeden, der Interesse an ihm zeigt und, nur um von seinem eigentlichen Charakter abzulenken, spielt er anderen was vor.

Als der ehrliche Schüler Jashee ein hübsches Mädchen vor den Furies rettet, bekommt er schmerzhaft zu spüren, was mit denen passiert, die sich mit der Gang anlegen. Bereits bei seiner Aufnahme in die Gang merkt Jashee, wie brutal sie sind: Sie vergehen sich sogar an seiner Freundin. Trotzdem ist Jashee von der revolutionären Art der Gang fasziniert und findet in Dai einen Freund, der einerseits sehr freundlich ist, andererseits schon im nächsten Moment wieder herzlos und brutal agiert.
