Randou ist ein leicht reizbarer und starker Karatekämpfer. Als er in einen schweren Busunfall verwickelt wird, wird sein Gesicht bis zur Unkenntlichkeit verbrannt. Der geniale Schönheitschirurg Dr. Manabe kann aber sein Leben retten und sogar sein Gesicht komplett wiederherstellen. Zu dieser Rekonstruktion benutzt er ein Foto, welches er in der Tasche von Randou findet. Nur doof, dass dieses Foto nicht Randou zeigt, sondern seine heimliche Liebe Rina Kurimi. Als Randou im Krankenhaus aufwacht und bemerkt, dass er das falsche Gesicht hat, ist er natürlich alles andere als begeistert und zeigt seine »Dankbarkeit« auch gleich seinem Retter. Damit er nun das richtige Gesicht bekommt, muss er ein Foto von sich besorgen, doch dann läuft ihm Rina über den Weg. Das Chaos ist vorprogrammiert …
