Als der teuflische Dark Guy zusammen mit seiner bösartigen Armee Black Pierrot entscheidet, die Welt zu erobern, starten sie den Plan in Japan. Glücklicherweise erscheint zu dem Zeitpunkt der Held Blue Hunter, um seinen Plan zu vereiteln. Als der Held allerdings das junge Mädchen Honoka Tachibana rettet, wird er von einer anderen Front angegriffen: Ihrer Liebe! Nun muss er es hinbekommen, die Erde zu verteidigen, Honoka zu daten und zugleich zu versuchen, sie auf seine wahre Identität aufmerksam zu machen: Fuwa Shinpei.
