In un quartiere di Tokyo, sempre più spesso si stanno verificando delle aggressioni estremamente crudeli. Pare che i colpevoli siano un gruppo di ragazzi che fanno parte di una banda di motociclisti. In realtà oltre questa apparenza c'è molto di più e per questo Saya viene mandata a investigare. La ragazza è il miglior cacciatore di vampiri che ci sia: armata solamente di una katana, non c'è nemico in grado di sfuggirle. E quando la giovane Akiko Motoyama viene aggredita, Saya ha finalmente una traccia da seguire.
