Description

Two linked stories, both revolving around a deadly female assassin. Quest’opera è una raccolta di cinque racconti a se stanti, ma fortemente simili nello stile che si rifà, dichiaratamente, ad un filone noir/hard boiled di origine prettamente occidentale. Protagonisti di Tokyo Killers sono assassini, delinquenti, uomini dal passato doloroso. A farla da padrone è quindi il tema della morte, della violenza, del crimine, inseriti in una realtà cinica e fredda, avvolta da una leggera ma opprimente patina di malinconia e disperazione. L’unico personaggio presente in più di un racconto è una killer professionista, che troviamo nella seconda e quarta storia.
