Sbarcato in città dalla campagna più profonda Hana Tsukishima si iscrive al liceo Suzuran. Malgrado la sua aria da idiota e i suoi modi un po’ rozzi e campagnoli Hana è il tipo di ragazzo che non ama farsi pestare i piedi. Ed è proprio capitato bene, perché il liceo Suzuran non è un posto tranquillo. Infatti lì i teppisti dettano legge e gironzolare per i corridoi da soli non è per nulla salutare. Hana quindi decide di mettere in pratica un’idea che gli frulla nella testa: diventare il leader degli studenti e ristabilire la pace nell’istituto.
