Als sie 13 war, wurde erstmals einer von Kawaguchis Mangas veröffentlicht, jedoch war ihre Karriere nicht von langer Dauer. Jetzt, mit 19, versucht sie ein Comeback, angeregt durch Manga von einer Mangaka namens Sachi. Aus Ideenlosigkeit beschließt sie für ihr neustes Werk ein populäres Genre auszusuchen und ihre Wahl fällt dabei auf Yuri-Manga. Um Erfahrungen für diese Art von Geschichte zu sammeln, beginnt sie mit ihrer früheren Arbeitskollegin Morishita auszugehen, einer Schülerin, die schon lange in sie verliebt ist. Bald findet sie allerdings heraus, dass Morishita niemand anderes als Sachi ist.
