Die Oberschülerin Natsuo Ishido ist jemand, dem jegliche Sportaktivität besser als dem Rest ihrer Mitmenschen gelingt. Sei es Volleyball in der Sporthalle, Fußball auf dem Rasen oder Karate auf der Matte – weder die Art der Tätigkeit noch das Umfeld scheinen eine Auswirkung auf das überaus große Mädchen zu haben, was ihr erwartungsgemäß viele Fans beschert. Eines Tages trifft sie Yuzuko Mawatori, die sie einlädt, dem Mixed Martial Arts-Klub beizutreten.
