Ein normales Mädchen sein. Für Noel Tsukioka eine utopische Vorstellung. Sie möchte Freunde finden und dem Mann ihrer Träume begegnen. Doch Noel führt kein ganz normales Leben. Sie ist mit ihren 15 Jahren, Junior Champion im Eiskunstlaufen. Angetrieben vom Wettkampf und ihrer strengen Mutter, die gleichzeitig ihre Trainerin ist, versucht sie ein normales Schulleben zu führen. Sie geht auf die Yotsuba Academy, wo ihr älterer Bruder Naoto unterrichtet. Noel wird bald schon lernen, dass ein normales Leben kompliziert sein kann. Sie verspürt nämlich Gefühle für ihren Bruder, die verbotener Natur sind.
