Description

After leaving everything behind, Arisaka Uran goes to Tokyo to become a model. There she finds an apartment building with extremely cheap rent, the only condition is that the tenant has to be beautiful, because the owner of the apartment skurai etsumi is a rich boy going to university and is in search of a perfect women so he can pass on his genes, but he also allows people he takes interest in to stay there, the other two tenants.
