Wer hatte nicht schon mal den Traum, spezielle Fähigkeiten zu besitzen? Auf dem Kontinent Dokkanon besitzen die meisten Menschen irgendeine besondere Fähigkeit. Ob nun die Kontrolle über die Elemente oder extreme Körperstärke, je kraftvoller die Fähigkeit ist, desto höher ist der Rang, den man bekleidet und auch das Ansehen bei der Bevölkerung steigt. Mit der sagenumwobenen Kraft, Bananen zu kontrollieren, bekleidet Nana einen sehr niedrigen Rang. Das hindert sie jedoch nicht daran, abenteuerlustig zu sein. Mit ihrer Kindheitsfreundin Ringo geht sie sogar das Versprechen ein, eines Tages das sagenhafte Land Oz zu finden, vom dem sie schon viele Geschichten gehört hat. Dort soll es auch einen Wünsche erfüllenden Gott geben. Doch die Jahre vergehen und das Versprechen scheint Ringo vergessen zu haben...
