Eine Gruppe Teenager macht einen Ausflug zu einem Bach mitten im Nirgendwo. Die Gerüchte besagen, dass die Parasiten, die in den dort lebenden Fischen hausen, einem nach dem Verzehr eine Modelfigur bescheren. Schnell ist eine Forelle gefangen und Maki würgt den Bandwurm herunter.

Anders als gedacht sind sie jedoch nicht alleine, so trifft Take auf einen Fremden im Wald, der ihn überfällt und ihm kurzerhand einen Finger abbeißt. Auf der Suche nach Hilfe kommen sie zu einem abgelegenen Dorf, allerdings werden sie dort von einer Horde Zombies angegriffen und auch Maki geht es zunehmend schlechter. In letzter Sekunde werden sie von Dr. Tanaka dem ortsansässigen Arzt vermeintlich gerettet. Allerdings scheint Dr. Tanaka die Zombies zu züchten … Kann Megumi mit ihrem Karate bestehen?
