Makoto Uezu ist ein japanischer Drehbuchautor.

Nachdem er sein Studium an der Osaka Art University im Jahr 2002 vorzeitig beendete, trat er eine Stelle bei Studio Orphee an. Dort arbeite er als Drehbuchautor bis 2004, als er sich selbständig machte.
