Ryo Takatsuki is a typical Japanese high school student, whose seemingly nondescript way of life started to unravel with the arrival of Hayato Shingu and Takeshi Tomoe, the new transfer students with a history of disciplinary problems. An unexpected chain of events that followed would change the life of Ryo and those around him, from his childhood friend Katsumi to the brash Hayato and the enigmatic Takeshi, who may yet turn out to be friends or foes. Ein Junge wird im Kindergarten in einen Unfall verwickelt und dabei wird sein Arm sehr stark verletzt. Doch den Ärzten gelingt es irgendwie seinen Arm zu retten. Einige Jahre später scheint sein Arm immer wieder der Auslöser für merkwürdige Vorfälle zu sein. Wie es sich herausstellt, ist es mehr als ein normaler Arm und schon ist eine geheime Organisation im Begriff, Besitz von ihm und der Kraft, die er in sich trägt, zu ergreifen.
