Lupin III: The Secret of Twilight Gemini (1996)

When Lupin is called in by his former rival, Don Dolune, he is surprised to discover he is now an old, sick man.

Dolune has only one wish before his end. He gives Lupin a flawless diamond and tells him that this is only one half of an even bigger diamond, the Twilight Gemini. According to legend, both halves together lead to the treasure of the tribe of the Gelt, who live in hiding in Morocco.

Who hired the mysterious assassins? How are the Higo people involved? And what kind of treasure will Lupin find?

Als Lupin von seinem ehemaligen Konkurrenten Don Dolune zu sich gerufen wird, muss er überrascht feststellen, dass dieser mittlerweile ein alter, kranker Mann ist.

Dolune hat vor seinem Ende nur noch einen Wunsch. Er gibt Lupin einen makellosen Diamanten und erzählt ihm, dass dieser nur die Hälfte eines noch größeren Diamanten ist, der Twilight Gemini. Der Sage nach führen beide Hälften zusammen zum Schatz des Volkes der Gelten, welches nur noch versteckt in Marokko lebt.

Wer befehligt die mysteriösen Attentäter? Was hat das Volk der Higo damit zu tun? Was für einen Schatz wird Lupin finden?
