Saga of Tanya the Evil (2017)

Tanya von Degurechaff, a young woman with blonde hair, blue eyes and almost translucent white skin, is an elite commander in the Imperial Army of the Fatherland. Merciless on the battlefield, she is feared and respected by enemies and allies alike. Yet, despite her high position, she is just a nine-year-old girl. Though, there is a special reason for this: Originally an ordinary businessman of real-life Japan, the protagonist was chosen by a divine being and reborn in an alternative Europe of the early 20th century, where magic plays a crucial role in warfare.

As someone who prefers to settle confrontations matter-of-factly and verbally, he perceives his new destiny only unwillingly, as a loyal, command-oriented businessman who places law and order above all else. With the goal of eventually living a quiet life away from the front lines, Tanya continues the war against the enemies of the Fatherland and, along the way, her own personal war against the Being X who brought her into this dilemma in the first place.

Gnadenlos auf dem Schlachtfeld wird sie von Gegnern und Verbündeten gleichermaßen gefürchtet und geachtet. Doch trotz ihrer hohen Position ist sie gerade mal ein neunjähriges Mädchen. Dies hat allerdings auch einen besonderen Grund: Ursprünglich ein gewöhnlicher Geschäftsmann des realen Japans, wurde der Protagonist von einem göttlichen Wesen auserkoren und in einem alternativen Europa des frühen 20. Jahrhunderts, in dem Magie in der Kriegsführung eine entscheidende Rolle spielt, wiedergeboren.

Als jemand, der Konfrontation lieber sachlich und verbal regelt, nimmt er seine neue Bestimmung nur unfreiwillig wahr, stellt er doch als loyaler, befehlsorientierter Geschäftsmann Recht und Ordnung über alles andere. Mit dem Ziel, irgendwann ein ruhiges Leben abseits der Front zu führen, führt Tanya den Krieg gegen die Feinde des Vaterlandes fort und nebenbei ihren ganz persönlichen gegen das Wesen X, das sie überhaupt erst in dieses Dilemma gebracht hat.

Impitoyable sur le champ de bataille, elle est à la fois crainte et respectée par ses ennemis et alliés. Pourtant, malgré sa position élevée, elle n’est qu’une petite fille de neuf ans. Et il y a une raison bien particulière à cela. Alors qu’il est à l’origine qu’un homme d’affaires tout à fait banal venu du Japon, le protagoniste a été choisi par un être divin et s’est vu renaître dans une Europe alternative du début du XXe siècle où la magie joue un rôle crucial dans le déroulé de la guerre.

Préférant régler les conflits de manière verbale et directe, lui qui plaçait la loi et l’ordre au-dessus de tout, un homme d’affaires loyal et de nature autoritaire, il n’accepte qu’à contrecœur son nouveau destin. Désireuse de mener une vie tranquille loin des lignes de front, Tanya poursuit la guerre contre les ennemis de la patrie et, tout en menant parallèlement sa guerre personnelle contre l’être X qui l’a placé dans ce conflit en premier lieu.

Ma nonostante la sua alta posizione è solo una ragazzina di appena nove anni: questo dipende dal fatto che, originariamente, il protagonista era un semplice commerciante del Giappone reale, viene però prescelto da una divinità e reincarnato un’Europa alternativa agli inizi del 20° Secolo, nella quale la magia ha un ruolo importante nella conduzione delle guerre.

Come persona che preferisce regolare le questioni in modo obiettivo e verbale, accetta questo suo destino grazie al suo senso di lealtà e amore per la legge e l’ordine. Con l’obiettivo di poter, un domani, condurre una vita tranquilla lontano dal fronte, Tanya continua a combattere per la patria e nello stesso tempo contro l’Entità X, la creatura che l’ha portata in questa situazione.
