Das unterirdische Rotlichtviertel Yoshiwara wird von einer mysteriösen Droge heimgesucht. Die Betroffenen, die diese Droge einatmen, verlieben sich sofort in die erste Person, die sie erblicken.

Durch einen unglücklichen Zwischenfall wird auch Tsukuyo Opfer der Droge und ihre Zuneigung zu Gintoki wird noch verstärkt, obwohl sie diese lieber geheimhalten will. Nun soll sie ausgerechnet mit den Yorozuya diese Bedrohung beseitigen. Aufgrund ihres Verlangens nach Gintoki ist es für sie schwer sich auf diese Mission zu konzentrieren. Als die Yorozuya nun die konfiszierten Drogen beseitigen wollen, macht es Tsukuyo aus versehen noch schlimmer und ganz Yoshiwara wird in einen Nebel der Droge eingehüllt …
