»Action Heroine Cheer Fruits« spielt in einem ruhigen Städtchen namens Hinano City, in dem Früchte angebaut werden. Dort gibt es ein Problem: Die Stadt hat allmählich ihren Pep verloren! Aus diesem Grund werden die Oberschülerinnen Misaki, An, Roko, Mikan, Mana, Genki, Yuuki, Hatsuri und Kanon zu sogenannten »lokalen Heldinnen«. In dieser Geschichte wird gezeigt, wie viel Mühe sich die Mädchen dabei geben, die Stadt mithilfe von Live-Action-Events wieder zu revitalisieren.
