Synopsis

In four episodes, the movie shows events from the life of the popular members of the Iwatobi Swimming Club and the Samezuka Academy. The movie is set after the second season, “Free! Eternal Summer”, before the friends part ways and the older members Haru, Makoto and Rin start into their new future. The four episodes tell the stories of the search for an apartment in Tokyo with Haru and Makoto, a trip with the Samezuka members to an Onsen, the mission of Nagisa, Rei and Gou to hire new club members and a surprise for Rin.
