Nach den zahlreichen Ereignissen in letzter Zeit ist sich Feng Xi bewusst, dass er eine spezielle Kraft in sich trägt. Deshalb lässt er sich von Guo Shuangs Vorgesetztem, Yan Zhaoxue, darüber aufklären. Dort erfährt er, dass er das »Auge von Yang« ist. Ihm wird auch verdeutlicht, dass er anhand seiner Aktionen das Siegel mit Gewalt gebrochen hat, wodurch nun seine wahre Identität offenbart wurde. Dies hat zur Folge, dass die »Yaoguai« hinter ihm und seiner Kraft her sind, weshalb er jetzt von Yan Zhaoxue trainiert wird. Hierbei erlernt er Kampfkünste und die Beherrschung von Magie. Su Jiu’er hingegen missfällt es, dass Guo Shuang Feng Xi dazu drängt, sich ihr und dem »Taoisten Clan« anzuschließen.
