Description

Episode 1:
The first OAD is set in Tarou Kabakura and Hanako Koyanagi’s high school years and tells the story of how the two came together. Tarou is in his third year and captain of the boys’ volleyball club, while Hanako is in her second year but also plays volleyball and leads the girls’ team. One day, when the girls have to prepare for a match, they need the hall, which is occupied by the boys at the time, to train. Since Tarou doesn’t want to quit the field just like that, Hanako blackmails him with a photograph showing his secret hobby. To prevent this hobby from coming to light in front of his friends, because no one should ever know that he is an otaku, he agrees and lets the girls train in the hall. And not only that, in addition, he gives Hanako individual volleyball lessons.

Episode 2:
The second OAD tells the story of Naoya Nifuji and Kou Sakuragi. Naoya accidentally finds out one day that Kou is really a woman when she comes out of the women’s toilet. As obtuse as he is, he has mistaken her for a boy until now. Since Kou didn’t reveal this to him herself, she sinks into such shame that she no longer dares to go to university. To apologise to her and clear up this misunderstanding, he has to look for her in the virtual world. So Nayoa logs into an RPG with the account of his big brother Hirotaka, who is also a hardcore gamer, to look for Kou in a high-level area. However, he can’t get there with his own character.

Naoya, Hirotaka and Narumi meet Kou outside the game centre sometime later. The four decide to join forces and go in together. Hirotaka plays a co-op shooter with Kou and finds an equal ally in her. In the third part of the OAD, Naoya finally invites Kou on a date to the cinema and game centre. After this eventful day, Kou gathers her courage and confesses her feelings to Naoya.

Episode 3:
The third and final OAD tells the story of Tarou, Hanako, Hirotaka and Narumi’s company outing, which is to take place for the first time in a long time. Some colleagues are excited, others are not. After it turns out that the strict head of department Tarou has been given the task of planning it, they all agree immediately because they are “afraid for their lives”. Only they don’t know that he himself is not particularly keen on the trip. Narumi sees the whole thing as a good opportunity for Hirotaka to finally spend time with his friends (work colleagues) instead of just spending his free time gambling. The company outing goes to a traditional onsen where everyone can relax from work life. Tarou and Hirotaka engage in a sauna sitting contest on the side.

Episode 1:
