Die Welt ist ein gefährlicher Ort für den menschlichen Organismus! Das muss auch eine ganz normale Zelle erfahren. Diese ist gelangweilt von ihren monotonen Pflichten und ist so ziemlich genervt von den nervigen T-Killerzellen-Nachbarn. Daher freundet sie sich mit einer seltsamen Zelle an, die nicht spricht und auch einen seltsamen Hut trägt. Zusammen ärgern sie andere Zellen und haben jede Menge Spaß, bis zu dem Zeitpunkt als sich die bisher stumme Zelle offenbart: Sie ist von einem Virus infiziert, der durch den Hut dargestellt wird. Kurz darauf greift sie auch schon die normale Zelle an. Wird die Rettung rechtzeitig eintreffen, bevor die Zelle ebenfalls infiziert wird?
