Golden Kamuy: Koi o Shita kara Datsugoku Suru Koto ni Shita – Kyoufu no Moudoku Daishitou! Hokkaidou Okuchi ni Kyodai Hebi wa Sonzai Shita! (2019)

This OVA episode tells two small stories from the “Golden Kamuy” series.

The first story is narrated by Shiraishi while sitting by the fire with Shinpachi, Toshizou, Kiroranke and Inkarmat. In Kabato Prison, he met the master forger Chouan Kumagishi and had him draw him a picture. But the result was not what he expected; instead, Shiraishi had the drawing of a nun in charge of visiting prisoners. Over time, however, Shiraishi took such a liking to it that he wanted to meet the real nun. Several prison stays later, he earned the title of “Curse King”, and eventually, he was transferred to Abashiri Prison.

The second story tells the legend of the giant black snake Sak Somo Ayep, which is said to roam Hokkaido.

Diese OVA-Episode erzählt zwei kleine Geschichten aus der »Golden Kamuy«-Reihe.

Die erste wird von Shiraishi erzählt, als er mit Shinpachi, Toshizou, Kiroranke und Inkarmat am Feuer sitzt. Während seiner Haft im Kabato-Gefängnis traf er den Meisterfälscher Chouan Kumagishi und ließ sich von ihm ein Bild zeichnen. Doch das Ergebnis war nicht das erwartete, stattdessen hatte Shiraishi nun die Zeichnung einer Nonne, die für Gefangenenbesuche zuständig war. Mit der Zeit fand Shiraishi aber solchen Gefallen daran, dass er unbedingt die echte Nonne treffen wollte. Diverse Gefängnisaufenthalte später hatte er sich den Titel »Fluchkönig« redlich verdient, und letztendlich versetzte es ihn auch ins Abashiri-Gefängnis.

Die zweite Geschichte erzählt die Legende der riesigen schwarzen Schlange Sak Somo Ayep, die angeblich in Hokkaido ihr Unwesen treibt.
