Sexy Commando Gaiden: Sugoi yo!! Masaru-san (1998)

Okometsubu Fujiyama’s dream is to have 100 friends one day, though fulfilling this wish is not easy at his new school, Wakame High School. On the same day he starts, Hananakajima Masaru returns to the institution, rumoured to have spent the last three months in the forest, refining his martial arts techniques. As Masaru is nice, the two immediately become good friends, but this does not enhance Fujiyama’s reputation, as Masaru is also the strangest person in the whole school.

After defeating the best individuals of all other similar clubs with his martial arts, Masaru founded his own club to promote his martial arts techniques of “Sexy Commando”, which he partly invented himself based on the inspiration of a book he found in the park one fateful day. Fujiyama, of course, is immediately drawn into this crazy business and learns about this mysterious concept for the first time. Rather than focusing on how to defeat an opponent with physical force, the art of Sexy Commando centres on distracting the opponent enough to incapacitate them – usually by removing items of clothing.

Okometsubu Fujiyamas Traum ist es, eines Tages 100 Freunde zu besitzen, aber die Erfüllung dieses Wunsches gestaltet sich an seiner neuen Schule, der Wakame Oberschule, nicht gerade einfach. Am selben Tag, an dem er anfängt, kommt auch Hananakajima Masaru zurück an die Einrichtung, der gerüchteweise die letzten drei Monate im Wald verbracht hat, um seine Kampfsporttechniken zu verfeinern. Da Masaru überaus nett ist, werden die beiden sofort gute Freunde, aber das steigert Fujiyamas Ruf überhaupt nicht, denn Masaru ist auch die seltsamste Person der ganzen Schule.

Nachdem er mithilfe seiner Kampfkunst die besten Individuen aller anderen ähnlichen Clubs besiegt hat, gründet Masaru einen eigenen Club, um seine Kampftechniken des »Sexy Commandos« unter die Leute zu bringen, die er teilweise selbst auf Basis der Inspiration eines Buches erfunden hat, das er eines schicksalhaften Tages im Park gefunden hat. Fujiyama wird in diese verrückte Angelegenheit natürlich sofort mit hineingezogen und lernt zum ersten Mal etwas über dieses mysteriöse Konzept. Anstatt sich darauf zu konzentrieren, wie man einen Gegner mit physischer Kraft besiegt, konzentriert sich die Kunst des Sexy Commandos darauf, den Gegner so weit abzulenken, dass er kampfunfähig wird – meist durch das Entfernen von Kleidungsstücken.
