Description

An extremely old crocodile suffering from rheumatism is unable to properly hunt. In desperation, he resorts to cannibalism. His family decides to get rid of him and this disrespect drives him away to a journey outside the Nile.

Es war einmal ein sehr altes Krokodil, das sogar den Bau der Pyramiden in Ägypten miterlebt hat. Doch das Alter geht nicht spurlos an ihm vorüber und so muss er sich mit Rheuma und andere Problemen herumschlagen. Er selbst kann keine Beute mehr fangen und da macht man es sich leicht und verspeist einen seiner Artgenossen. Doof nur, wenn das ein naher Verwandter ist und so beraten die übrig gebliebenen Kandidaten über das weitere Schicksal des alten Krokodils. Dieser macht sich jedoch schleunigst aus dem Staub und trifft dabei auf einen netten Octopus, der ihm Essen reicht. Schnell freundet er sich mit dem netten Zeitgenossen an, doch schon bald kann das Krokodil seine Instinkte nicht mehr zurückhalten und der Hungertrieb ist gnadenlos …
