“Jujutsu Kaisen” enters its second round and takes us directly into the past of Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto to when the two were still students. While Utahime and Mei Mei are on a mission to get to the bottom of the strange disappearances of numerous people in an abandoned house, Gojo and Geto obtain a special task: Master Tengen, who himself is immortal but his body is not, needs a new vessel and the two are assigned to protect it. »Jujutsu Kaisen« geht in die zweite Runde und nimmt uns direkt mit in die Vergangenheit von Satoru Gojo und Suguru Geto, als die beiden selbst noch Schüler waren. Während Utahime und Mei Mei die Mission erhalten, dem merkwürdigen Verschwinden von zahlreichen Menschen in einem verlassenen Haus auf den Grund zu gehen, erhalten Gojo und Geto eine besondere Mission: Master Tengen, der selbst zwar unsterblich ist, jedoch sein Körper nicht, braucht eine neue Hülle und die beiden werden mit dem Schutz ebendieser beauftragt. Doch auch zwei feindliche Organisationen haben es auf die Hülle, ein Mädchen namens Riko, abgesehen und wollen ihren Tod. Ein Kampf auf Leben und Tod beginnt, der auch für unsere besten Freunde Gojo und Geto schwere Folgen haben wird …

Im zweiten Teil der Staffel ist ebenfalls keine Zeit zum Aufatmen, denn Geto und seine Anhänger schreiten weiter voran und setzen ihren Plan, Gojo zu versiegeln, weiter in die Tat um. Der von Geto anvisierte Kampf in Shibuya am 31. Oktober rückt näher …
