Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These - Intrigue (2022)

Under the leadership of Karl Gustav Kempf, Fortress Geiersburg made it into the Iserlohn Corridor. Even though the prospects of victory are poor, since Wenli Yang arrived in time and, together with his courageous followers, was able to turn the tide, he does not want to give up. He, therefore, plans to ram the Iserlohn fortress with the remains of the mobile fortress Geiersburg. For his mission, he would also willingly go to his death.

Meanwhile, in the Dominion of Fezzan, the mysterious Rupert Kesserling is making plans to use the war for his own interests. It becomes increasingly clear that the neutral country under his leadership is more involved in the conflicts than it appears to be to the outside world. What is his intention behind these actions?

Unter der Führung von Karl Gustav Kempf hat es die Festung Geiersburg in den Iserlohn Korridor geschafft. Auch wenn die Aussichten auf einen Sieg schlecht sind, da Wenli Yang rechtzeitig eingetroffen ist und zusammen mit seinen mutigen Gefolgsleuten das Blatt wenden konnte, will er nicht aufgeben. Er plant daher, die Festung Iserlohn mit den Überresten der mobilen Festung Geiersburg zu rammen. Für seine Mission würde er dabei auch willentlich in den Tod gehen.

Unterdessen schmiedet der mysteriöse Rupert Kesserling im Freistaat Fezzan Pläne, um den Krieg für seine eigenen Interessen zu nutzen. Es wird zusehends klar, dass das neutrale Land unter seiner Führung mehr in die Konflikte involviert ist, als es nach außen hin den Anschein macht. Was ist seine Intention hinter diesen Taten?
